School Bags Distributed to Underprivileged Children at Ruabandha Bustee

Financial difficulties should never become a barrier to learning. To support the educational journey of young minds, Nobacto Foundation organized a special outreach program at the Anganwadi centre in Ruabandha Basti. During the event, school bags were distributed to nearly 50 children, bringing bright smiles to the young beneficiaries. Foundation directors Mayank Satkar and Dr. Yeeshu Prasad Banchhor personally handed out the bags and interacted with the children, emphasizing the importance of education and encouraging them to pursue their studies with dedication.

Education Social Relief 15 August 2026 Baasin Village, Chhattisgarh

Shoes, Bags & Essentials Distribution to Government School Students at Baasin

Some children walk to school barefoot, while others cover miles in worn-out slippers. For children at the Government School in Baasin village, this Independence Day brought something special. When the NOBACTO team arrived at the school, the spark in the children's eyes moved everyone present. The activity reached nearly 240 students — 62 of them, many previously coming to school barefoot or in torn slippers, were given new shoes, 65 children received bags, and 110 children received gifts. The moment foundation members placed the shoes on the children's feet became the most emotional part of the event. School teachers shared that many children are deprived of basic necessities like footwear due to financial hardship, making this initiative nothing short of a gift for them.

Free Awareness Session for Women's Health

On the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week, we have organized a free awareness session for underprivileged women at the Anganwadi Centre, Ruabandha Basti. Dr. Shahnaz and Dr. Meenal led the session, addressing two subjects that are often left undiscussed — breastfeeding and menstrual hygiene. Dr. Shahnaz spoke on the importance of continuing breastfeeding along with nutritious complementary food for two years or more, while Dr. Meenal highlighted how proper menstrual hygiene prevents infections, improves health, and builds confidence. The team also distributed high-quality sanitary pads to 30 women present, encouraging a shift away from unhygienic cloth-based practices still common in the community.

Ration Kit Donation to Poor & Underprivileged

On the occasion of Gurupoornima, NOBACTO FOUNDATION carried out its fourth noble action, reaching underprivileged individuals across Bhilai — outside temples, mosques, the railway station, under bridges, and roadside spots where families have no fixed shelter. Rather than a single distribution point, the team travelled across the city, meeting each person where they were. Every ration packet carried rice, dal, sugar, and wheat flour — staples meant to ease a household's immediate need. Director Mayank Satkar and Dr. Yeeshu Prasad Banchhor were personally present through the drive, handing over packets directly.

Skill Development Tools & Kits Distribution

NOBACTO FOUNDATION executed its third noble action on 15 July 2026 at Muskan School, Bhilai, dedicating the day to children living with mental and physical disabilities. Rather than generic handouts, the team carefully curated individual learning and skill-development tools — Montessori puzzles, sensory fidget boards, geometric shape sorters, memory chess boards, and more — matched to each child's specific ability and interest. The distribution turned into a moment of pure joy, with the NOBACTO team dancing alongside the children, who in turn lit up the room with their own songs. Principal Kishore Sahu and special guest, content creator Lekha Banchhor, were present to witness the initiative.

NOBACTO FOUNDATION executed its second noble action on 30 June 2026 at Anganwadi No. 9 in Ruabandha Bustee, Bhilai, focusing on holistic development and physical well-being. To spark creativity and encourage learning, the team distributed comprehensive Activity Kits—featuring DOMS drawing sets, storybooks, and utility folders—to 50 underprivileged children. Prioritizing health alongside education, professional dentist Dr. Meenal conducted a free dental checkup drive for all attendees. Each child was also gifted a personal dental hygiene kit and taught proper oral care techniques.

The initiative was designed not merely as a material contribution, but as an expression of belief — that every child deserves the dignity of walking to school with the tools they need. Beyond the distribution, the team engaged in structured conversations with children at the nearby Anganwadi to understand the educational challenges they face, enabling the Foundation to address root causes in future actions.
